Jacob Dilts, of New Jersey, was a matriculate in the 1859-1860 academic session of the Medical Department of Pennsylvania College. His preceptor was Dr. William Janney. Samuel W. Butler lists a "Jacob Ditts" practicing medicine in Ringoes, N.J., 1874-1878.
