Ross Andrew Shiels, radiation therapist, received his B.A. from Natal University in 1963, M.Litt. from Oxford University in 1967, and B.M. and B.Ch. from Cape Town University in 1973. In 1986, he was associated with Hillbrow Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa.
