Biographical / Historical

John Meigs, Jr., Lyndon, Vt., physician was born at Wheelock, Vt., on 13 July 1806, and died at Hyde Park in Dec. 1862. He attended medical lectures at the New Hampshire Medical Institution in 1832 and received an M.D. from Vermont Medical College in 1834.
