Notebook contains holograph notes made by John Keats while a pupil and dresser at Guy’s Hospital, London, probably during the winter of 1815-1816. The notes, on human anatomy and physiology, are taken from the lectures of Sir Astley Cooper. Notes on anatomy concern bones and ligaments. Notes on physiology divided into twelve lectures (lecture 9 missing) concern blood and blood-vessels, the nervous system, muscles, and absorption.
